Warranty Information

When it comes to quality service, BSI sets the standard with its product Warranty, and demonstrates not only our confidence in BSI products, but also our commitment to our customers. BSI guarantees that all products are free of defect in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for new and 90 days for pre-owned/refurbished products. During this period, BSI at its sole discretion will either replace or repair a defective product at no charge to the customer. BSI shall remain free from liability where product fails to perform or is used improperly.
